Construction Management
Mohawk has repeatedly and consistently surpassed the expectation of clients through our employment of construction management. In our construction management approach, we hold responsibility for the entire construction process, acting as the owners agent and as a consultant, providing estimating, cost control, scheduling and overall project management services.
General
Contracting
When operating as General Contractor, Mohawk functions as a pivotal piece of the overall project team, coordinating with architects, engineers and the client to build and execute a successful project.
In addition to having strong relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers, Mohawk maintains a field force capable of performing carpentry, framing, concrete and excavation which gives us an edge against our competitors and a service to our clients by being able to further control the overall schedule and cost of work.
Design / Build
Mohawk's preferred method and approach to construction as it allows a seamless collaboration with the contractor and design team. This allows for greater control and direction of maintaining the budget, schedule and overall quality of work.
Mohawk has completed several successful projects through this design approach, giving the owner more than they expected and have built lasting relationships through this process.
