Nikolas Naidu provides day-to-day executive leadership for Mohawk Contracting and Development. Nik holds responsibility for client satisfaction with Mohawk's performance, services, and team. Over the years, Nik has worked for numerous Contracting and Construction management firms, providing him with the experience and drive to lead Mohawk.

Nik has received a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business from Regent University as well as his Master of Science in Construction Management from Philadelphia University.
